Private Party Room and Indoor Play Access

Booking & Cancellation Policy
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party booking.
- Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid, cancellation is not permitted, and the deposit is non-refundable.
- A deposit is required to confirm all birthday party reservations.
- After booking a package, you may upgrade to a higher package at any time. However, downgrading to a lower package is not permitted.
- Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least two weeks before the original party date. Requests made less than two weeks before the event cannot be accommodated, and no refund will be issued.
- Bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Playground Rules
- Socks are required for all guests, with no exceptions.
- All guests must sign a waiver before entering the play area.
- These rules help us keep INNOPLAY clean, safe, and comfortable for every family.
Food & Cake Policy
- Outside food and cake are welcome, making it easy for families to bring their child’s favourite treats.
- Refrigerator space may be available only if capacity allows. Please bring a cooler if your food or cake needs to stay cold.
- Freezer space is not available for ice-cream cakes.
Additional Time & Fees
Please arrive and finish within your booked party time. A fee of $65 per additional 10 minutes applies if the party goes over the scheduled time.

- Decorations are welcome, and families may bring their own party décor.
- Please do not tape items directly to the walls. Painter’s tape only is allowed.
