If you expect to visit on weekdays more than once in a while, Play Club makes it easier to turn playtime into a routine.
Total base commitment: CAD $419.88 + GST. Any additional checkout fee is displayed before payment. Review the final charges before buying.

Some days call for somewhere easy, familiar and fun. Whether it is a rainy afternoon or a burst of after-school energy, Play Club gives your child more chances to move, explore and play, without buying a separate standard weekday ticket for every eligible visit.
Visit when it works for your family. There is no set number of eligible weekday visits per month. Just book an available session before you come. Each eligible day includes up to one 2-hour session, with a parent or guardian supervising throughout.

Register your child and review and sign the Play Club Membership Agreement in checkout. The account holder must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. Keep your emailed agreement and confirmation for the activation, billing and expiry dates.
Reserve an available session before every visit. Weekend tickets are booked and paid for separately with the eligible member discount. Need help finding member sessions or applying your benefits? Contact our team before booking.
Bring your registered child and one supervising adult for your reserved session. A signed participation waiver is required, and participating children and adults must wear grip socks in the play area. Read our Safety & Rules before visiting.
Play Club members can enjoy savings on one qualifying birthday celebration, including selected extras provided by our team. Eligible add-ons can include decorations, face painting and balloon twisting. Birthday savings are available from the start of an active membership, with no waiting period.
One new eligible birthday booking for the registered child per membership term. Package and add-on discounts are capped at $70 combined; third-party services and stacking with other promotions are excluded. The membership must be active and in good standing at booking and on the party date. Existing bookings are excluded. Ask our team to confirm qualifying services.
There is no monthly cap on eligible weekday visits. Your registered child can book one regular Open Play session of up to two hours on each eligible Monday–Friday calendar day. Second sessions on the same day, all-day admission and re-entry are not included.
Yes. Advance reservations are required for weekday and weekend visits. Membership does not guarantee access to a full or unavailable session. If you need help finding member sessions or using your benefits, contact hello@innoplay.ca before booking.
Weekend admission is not included in the membership fee. Active members receive 35% off eligible regular 2-hour Saturday and Sunday public Open Play admission for their registered child. Weekend tickets must be purchased separately. The discount does not cover extra children, additional adults or other services and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or admission passes.
Free weekday admission excludes BC statutory holidays. School breaks, Pro-D days, Easter Monday and Boxing Day are not automatically excluded: they remain eligible when they fall on a weekday, are not a BC statutory holiday and have a bookable public Open Play session. Full-venue private bookings, closures and sold-out sessions remain unavailable.
A full-venue private booking makes public Open Play unavailable during its reserved period. Other parties do not automatically close public Open Play. Check the available sessions in the booking calendar before visiting.
Yes. One accompanying supervising adult is included with the registered child during regular Open Play. Additional adults and children are charged separately, subject to availability.
No. Play Club is parent-supervised Open Play. It does not include Drop-Off or child-minding. A parent or eligible supervising adult must remain responsible for the child throughout every visit.
Membership is for one named child aged 6 months to 12 years. It is non-transferable and cannot be shared with a sibling or another child. Each additional child needs a separate membership or admission ticket.
Active members receive 10% off one qualifying new birthday package, up to $50, and 10% off selected in-house party add-ons, up to $20, for up to $70 combined on the same party. This benefit is available once per membership term for the registered child, from the start of active membership. Membership must be active and in good standing at booking and on the party date.
Selected services delivered by INNOPLAY staff may include decoration, face painting and balloon twisting. Outsourced or third-party services are excluded. Birthday benefits cannot be combined with other promotions and do not apply retroactively to existing bookings. Confirm qualifying services with our team.
Ask our team to verify your child’s active membership at the venue. One standard pair is complimentary for the registered child during the initial membership term. Additional or replacement pairs are sold separately.
No. These are separate products and services. Play Club covers eligible regular weekday Open Play, the specified member discounts and the one-time grip socks benefit.
No. Play Club is a fixed 12-month agreement paid in 12 automatic monthly installments. It does not renew automatically. Review the full agreement, including payment and cancellation terms, before completing your purchase.
The published Play Club agreement allows cancellation for any reason from the date the agreement is entered into until 10 calendar days after you receive a copy. Send notice to hello@innoplay.ca or deliver it to INNOPLAY at 1611 Welch Street, North Vancouver, BC V7P 3G9. The agreement states that amounts paid will be refunded within 15 days of receiving timely notice and future installments cancelled. Other applicable legal cancellation rights remain available. After this period, ordinary non-use does not automatically cancel the remaining installments. Exceptional early-release requests are reviewed individually; approval is not guaranteed. Read Section 11 of the agreement for full details.
Membership ends after the 12th billing period and does not automatically renew. Continuing requires a separate new agreement and your authorization.
