Who can use the Drop-Off service?
Drop-Off Play is available for children ages 4 to 12. Children should be comfortable staying without a parent or guardian during the booked session.
How long is a Drop-Off session?
A standard Drop-Off session is up to 2 hours. Extensions may be available depending on availability, up to a maximum of 4 hours per day.
Do I need to book Drop-Off Play in advance?
Yes. Advance online booking is recommended because Drop-Off availability may be limited. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.
What is required at drop-off time?
A parent or guardian must check in at reception, provide a valid phone number, present valid ID, and make sure the child is wearing anti-slip grip socks.
Who is allowed to pick up the child?
Only the person who checked the child in may pick them up with matching ID. If another person needs to pick up the child, the original guardian must notify INNOPLAY in advance and provide the required booking details.
What happens if I’m late for pick-up?
Late pick-up may result in an automatic extension charge. Please check the current Drop-Off policy before booking.
Are snacks or meals included?
Food is not included. Snacks and drinks may be available for purchase, and parents may send a nut-free snack with their child.
What should my child wear and bring?
