Booking & Cancellation
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- If cancelled due to Public Health Orders, deposits may be converted to credit or gift card.
- Refund requests (when allowed) include a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
Food & Cake Policy
- Outside food and cake are welcome.
- Refrigerator space available only if capacity allows (please bring a cooler).
- No freezer space for ice-cream cakes.
Additional Time & Fees
- A fee of $60 per additional 15 minutes is applied for going over the booked time.
Decorations
- Decorations are allowed.
- No taping items directly to walls — painter’s tape only.
Playground Rules
- Socks are required for all guests — no exceptions.
- All guests must sign a waiver before entering.
Other Notes
- Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Yes. You may enter 30 minutes before your scheduled party time for setup.
No. Basic themed setup is not included in the base package. Decorations, balloons, and special setups are available as add-ons.

No. Our team provides light cleaning support only. Guests are responsible for removing their own items and leaving the room in reasonable condition.
Yes. All children must be supervised by accompanying adults at all times during the party.
Yes, you may bring your own nut-free food and drinks. Cakes and cupcakes are allowed. Any incidents related to allergies or reactions are the parent’s responsibility.
Yes. Fraser Health requires anti-slip socks for all adults and children. You may bring your own or purchase socks at the front desk.
