Drop-Off is available for children ages 5 and up.
- 2-hour Drop-Off
- Extensions available up to 2 hours (up to a maximum of 4 hours per day)
Yes. Online booking is recommended. Walk-ins for Drop-Off are not guaranteed.
- Parent/guardian must check in at reception
- Child must wear anti-slip grip socks
- Parent must provide a valid phone number
- Parent must present a valid ID
- Only the same person who checked the child in may pick them up, with matching ID
- If someone else will pick up the child, the person who dropped the child off must notify us in advance and provide the booking number and authorized person’s name
- We cannot release a child to anyone who is not listed or cannot provide proper identification
Any late pick-up will automatically result in a 2 hours extension.
Food is not included.
Snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
You may also send a nut-free snack with your child.

Children under 5 must use Drop-In with parent supervision.
Yes. You may return anytime during your booked session.
No. Re-entry is not permitted for Drop-Off sessions.
If you leave and return, it must be processed as a new session.
