- Pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable.
- GST applies to all prices.

- INNOPLAY reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission at any time.
- Guests displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior will be asked to leave without refund.
Food & Beverage Policy
- Outside food and drinks are welcome.
- Healthy snack bars and water are available for purchase.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside play areas.
- Food must be consumed in the designated seating area only.
Health & Supervision
- Please follow our illness policy: if you or your child are sick, visit another day for everyone’s safety.
- Parents/guardians must actively supervise children ages 2–5 at all times.
- Guardians must be at least 15 years old.
Safety Requirements
- Grip socks are required for all children and adults—no exceptions.
- No food, drinks, or gum inside the play structures.
